Esther’s journey is a testament to dedication and cultural diversity. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she is not only a proud military wife and mother but also a trailblazer in her field. Esther holds a double degree in Psychology and Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Mental Health at Texas Wesleyan University.

Her initiatives, including the creation of the Holders of Hope Awards and the community-wide initiative Together for Mental Health, underscore her commitment to making a positive difference.
