About the Latino Business Group
The Latino Business Group is a business building resource of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce, connecting the Latino business community to unique relationships through education, professional development, awareness, influence and engagement.
To be a member of the Latino Business Group, one must be a member in good standing of the Chamber. We ask that you be of Latino heritage. If you have an employee that qualifies, please consider asking them to be a part of this group. If employed by a Corporate member, the member must have the formal endorsement of his/her employer.
Benefits Include:
- Building New Relationships— Members receive opportunities to build valuable relationships within the community at networking events throughout the year, helping members become more recognized leaders.
- Business opportunities— Members are granted unique opportunities to support and connect with various charities and other local businesses, while promoting pride within their community.
- Professional Development and Education— Training and continued learning in areas, important to the growth and prosperity of the Latino businesses.
- Culture — The Officers of the Latino Business Group will be open to listen to what benefits the Latino businesses needs are in delivering further value to the business community.
Business and Networking Opportunities
Business Leaders Series Events – Three (3) times/year. These luncheons will showcase topics that have been selected by the Latino Advisory Council, as a result from the Latino Business Group members requests. These luncheons will have speakers presenting on topics the Council feels are important to the growth and success of our members. These are open to the entire membership.
Conexión’s – These evening events feature different venues for our members to experience. These are only open to the Latino Business Group members and are usually from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Networking, fun, and building friendships are all part of this evening.
