TOPIC: Beating Burnout

Burnout is at an all-time high in the working world right now, severely reducing employee productivity and retention. Simply taking a vacation a couple of times a year doesn’t solve the problem. In this Coaching Hour, you will learn questions to help identify burnout in yourself and others as well as healthy practices you can implement for yourself and for your team that minimize burnout.

SPEAKER BIO: Solomon Adair has dedicated his life to positively affecting people of all ages and backgrounds. With a Masters in the Arts of Teaching from Louisiana College, Solomon brings a practical, real-world perspective to his community work and his leadership positions in Arlington. As the founder and lead pastor of Inspired To Live Church, Solomon has spent the last 12 years hosting free events and community activities serving thousands of families within the Arlington community delivering a broad range of projects including summer camps, tutoring, back-to-school drives, Thanksgiving dinners, and financial literacy classes. Solomon currently sits on the citizens advisory committee for Arlington Tomorrow Foundation, is the conference host for The Urban Ministry Institute’s Men’s Retreat, and in 2022 was recognized for his leadership in the community by being honored as a recipient of the inaugural class of 40 Under 40 for Arlington. Finally and most proudly, Solomon is the husband to Elisabeth for over 18 years and father of Eden who will soon be two years old.
