SPEAKER BIO: For over 20 years, Michele S Gooch has been a noteworthy leader in the team-building space. You may know her from her work as an Empowerment Coach and Team Trainer at LIFE by Design. Michele can also be credited with contributions to community building, perspective adjusting, and mindset mentoring at Plaid for Women. Michele has been honored as a Practitioner with Excellence for her contribution to the Strategic Intervention Network. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and certifications in Communication and Leadership.
