Understanding body language can provide a wealth of information about a person’s feelings or intentions. In business, the ability to read other’s body language can be the x-factor in closing the deal, identifying deception, or simply recognizing that you are not doing a great job at establishing rapport and need to make immediate adjustments. Conversely, not having the same level of awareness about yourself can significantly limit your ability to be successful and provide the same indicators to be used against you.
