Chamber Members Come Together in School Supply Drive 2023

The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce is always looking for ways to bridge the gap between Arlington ISD and local businesses. Through the Partners in Education program, we have sought to find opportunities for local business to get involved with the school district, and this year at the 13th Annual State of the District Chamber members had the opportunity to participate in a little friendly competition that helped provide students in Arlington ISD with all the school supplies they could need.

The School Supply Drive has become an annual project that our members are always excited to get involved with, but this year was even more fun. Our member groups came up with a fun competition to see who could raise the most school supplies. The long-awaited winner is: Thursday Morning! The businesses involved in this member group are:

This year the chamber raised thousands of school supplies from pens to notebooks that will help students be even more prepared for the coming year. Continuing to foster relationships with Arlington ISD will help our community grow its workforce, educate its youths, and develop a new generation of Arlington residents who are ready to make a difference and impact in this great city.
