Hannah Nokes: Founder and Principal, Magnify Impact www.magnify-impact.com Hannah helps companies unleash their potential for impact. In 2017, Hannah co-founded a consulting firm to help companies create corporate social responsibility strategies that drive value back to their business. For over 20 years, Hannah has worked in corporate environments as well as nonprofit environments, most recently leading Corporate Social Responsibility for EZCORP, a publicly-held international financial services company with revenues of $1B. Hannah holds an MBA in technology commercialization from the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business and a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Leadership from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. Hannah speaks regularly to corporate audiences about merging business growth and social impact. Hannah led the creation of a collaborative think-tank of major corporate employers in Austin, Texas, and serves as an advisor to several nonprofit organizations. Contact: hannah@magnify-impact.com

Marc DeCourcey: is senior vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and leads its Corporate Citizenship Center (CCC), serves as a leading resource for businesses dedicated to making a difference. The Center works with businesses to tackle the toughest issues affecting society in the areas of community improvement, disaster resilience, economic empowerment, education, environment, and health. Through interactive and informative events with industry leaders, original research, a digital and media network, and the resources and reach of the Foundation, CCC is a powerful corporate citizenship partner.

DeCourcey has 25 years of experience in public policy leadership, spanning the executive and congressional branches of the U.S. government as well as the nonprofit sector. Previously, DeCourcey held several senior positions at the American Red Cross (ARC)—including chief of staff in the president and CEO’s office. There he implemented strategic initiatives, directed day-to-day operations, and represented the organization to major stakeholders across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. He also served as vice president for strategic partnerships and was ARC’s senior director of federal government relations and partnerships, serving as the liaison to the White House, Cabinet departments, and other federal agencies. Earlier, DeCourcey was chief of staff in the Office of Legislation and Congressional Affairs at the U.S. Department of Education.

A native of Massachusetts, DeCourcey ran for state representative immediately after graduating from Providence College. After narrowly losing the race, he was hired to work in Gov. Bill Weld’s (R-MA) administration. He then managed successful congressional campaigns and worked on Capitol Hill for former Reps. Peter Blute (R-MA) and John Kasich (R-OH), now governor of Ohio. In addition, he served as executive director of the Massachusetts Republican Party. DeCourcey has a long history of community service and has been active on numerous civic and philanthropic boards. He was appointed to be a U.S. National Commissioner for UNESCO and named to the U.S. Department of State’s Advisory Committee on the Strategic Dialogue with Civil Society. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility at Johns Hopkins University. In 2013, he was named No. 50 in Ethisphere’s 100 Most Ethical People in Business. He and his wife have three children.

Shelly Esque: Shelly M. Esque retired from Intel Corporation in January 2016 as vice president of Legal and Corporate Affairs, global director of the Corporate Affairs Group, and Chairman of the Board of the Intel Foundation. With oversight of teams in more than 35 countries, she worked to enhance Intel’s reputation as the world’s leading technology brand and corporate citizen.

Esque is a Corporate Director at the California Water Service Group, where she serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee as well as the Enterprise Risk Management, Safety and Security Committee. Esque has a passion for coaching and mentoring women, attributing her success to guidance from women as she traversed her path from farm girl to Arizona State University college student, to young professionals, and beyond.

Esque has participated as a speaker at world events, including the World Economic Forum, World Bank and UNESCO education forums, the Clinton Global Initiative, as well as international Corporate Responsibility conferences. She regularly interviews with media and meets with key government leaders around the world.

Recipient of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce 2011 ATHENA Businesswoman of the Year Award, Shelly was honored for her excellence in business and leadership, exemplary community service and support and mentorship of other women. She was also recognized by AZ Business Magazine as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona. Although her Intel career took Esque around the globe, she has deep roots in Arizona, supporting numerous local community and educational organizations, including service on the boards or advisory councils of Greater Phoenix Leadership, Expect More Arizona, BASIS Schools, Inc., the Arizona Business and Education Coalition, Valley of the Sun United Way, KAET Channel 8, and many more.
