Construction is underway for the Levitt Pavilion’s $3.3 million project which includes highly anticipated upgrades to the concert venue. This development project was made possible by a donation of $750,000 from Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and a donation of $500,000 from the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation as well as contributions from several other businesses, foundations and donors.

The Levitt Pavilion is Arlington’s beloved performing arts venue known for hosting 50 free outdoor concerts each year. By June, the concert venue will feature permanent, accessible restrooms, the Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospitality Center and the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation Hospitality Suite. When completed, the hospitality suite can accommodate 100 people for special events.

In 2019, Arlington’s Levitt Pavilion made the list of Great Public Spaces in Texas by the Texas chapter of the American Planning Association (APATX). While naming the Levitt Pavilion the “crown jewel” of Arlington, APATX emphasized the impact the performing arts venue has had on its surrounding community.

The Levitt Pavilion has helped shape Arlington’s booming Downtown to what it is today. For over a decade, the Levitt Pavilion has brought members of the community together to enjoy free live concerts and movie nights. The venue attracts an average of 100,000 people each year to Downtown Arlington. Many businesses also gather to celebrate with the community, including local vendors that sell delicious food.

The Chamber is thankful for the cultural and economic impact that the Levitt Pavilion has had on greater Arlington, and we look forward to the unveiling of its new hospitality center. CLICK HERE to view the Levitt Pavilion’s upcoming events.
