The Chamber Ambassadors attended an amazing Ribbon Cutting with Smoke’N Ash BBQ!
Smoke’N Ash BBQ will be having its grand opening ceremony, after moving to 5904 South Cooper Street suite, 110 on November 17th 2023. Smoke’N Ash BBQ is a restaurant that serves an extensive menu of classic Texas-style BBQ, traditional Ethiopian cuisine, as well as our very own genre of signature Tex-Ethiopian dishes that can only be found at our restaurant. We also do catering for corporate meetings and special events. We have been featured on national media such as CBS, and we were listed by the New York Times as one of the top 50 most exciting restaurants of 2022, and The 20 Best BBQ restaurants for 2023.
We started offering nationwide shipping via Goldbelly last year and were overwhelmed by the demand for our dishes from all parts of America, having to implement a waitlist for orders, and we will be moving to a new larger location in August 2023 which will allow us to better accommodate the demand as well as expand the menu. Our new location will also have an expanded beverage menu including alcohol, which will serve to spotlight both Texan and Ethiopian cultures. We are also excited to be working on a product line so that we can make our signature sauces, spice rubs, and other foods available for direct customer purchase in supermarkets.
