Membership drives have been important to all Chambers over the years, and the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce is no different. However, we have mixed it up a bit this year by creating a Membership Recruitment League!
The main reason for this change is to allow all Chamber members the opportunity to participate in bringing new members to the Chamber. In years past, we have done a five-day membership drive once a year to try and get as many new members as possible in that allotted time. We decided this year that a yearlong membership league would allow everyone who wants to participate to do so. We have chosen our team captains and now it’s your turn to find out which team you would like to join!
Team Can-Do-Company D is captained by Michael Dailey of Michael Dailey’s Companies
Team Arlington Avengers is captained by Paul Fulks of 3Di Sign & Design
Team Éxito Arlington is captained by Niña Henderson of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
Team Good Trouble is captained by Kenya Mobley of On-Track Driving School
Team Brigging Business Together is captained by Brig Serman of Advanced Integrated Marketing Inc.
How it Works
For the 2023 season:
- The season will be 4 quarters long:
- October 1-December 31
- January 1-March 30
- April 1-June 30
- July 1- August 31
- Winning teams announced each quarter
- Winning team for the year recognized at the Chamber’s 2023 Annual Dinner
- Winning individual (person accumulating the most points throughout the season) will be named League MVP and recognized at Annual Dinner.
- Team rosters will consist of 10- active players, and can be adjusted throughout the season.
