Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW Are Answering The Call To Help During COVID-19

Many local nonprofits and businesses have been answering the call to help the community during this time. Arlington is strong because so many organizations are coming together to make difference. We are proud to see Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors of DFW join our community’s efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW was started by Mary Dominguez -Santini, a community and business leader in the area of Grand Prairie, Texas. “I want to empower women to develop their full potential and become future leaders in our society,” Dominguez-Santini said.

Before COVID-19, Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW worked to empower and educate underserved women in various stages of their life and to promote Hispanic cultural awareness in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas communities. They are meeting their mission now, but with an added layer of support for the whole community during this time of need.

They are continuously serving the greater Arlington community by offering educational support, providing social services and feeding families with their food pantry. Their food pantry will be open May 19 from 9 a.m. – noon. CLICK HERE to learn more.

The greater Arlington area is a great community to be a part of because we are ready to help in a time of need. If you know of a business that is currently making an impact during this unprecedented time, please email us at marketing@arlingtontx.com. Together, we will succeed.
