Strings Attached Bungee Fitness is a fully woman-owned business supporting the fitness goals of area residents with fun, full-body, HIIT format workouts. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The only bungee studio in Arlington, Strings Attached Bungee Fitness combines a high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout with low-impact routines that are supplemented by resistance from bungee cords and a harness attached to the body. Routines are set to contemporary music, with some oldies and 80s rock mixed in, so there is something for everyone. The bungees absorb a significant amount of the pressure that exercises like burpees, jogging, squats, and lunges place on the body when performing these exercises unassisted, leading to a joint-friendly, low-impact workout that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Clients will be able to track their workouts in real-time using our fitness trackers, available for sale on-site.
