Independent Buyers’ Company (I.B.C.) was founded in 1993 in North Texas.  The management team at I.B.C. has decades of combined convenience store industry experience in ownership, operations, sales management, and marketing.  We have 49 employees serving 22 states with our Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Texas.

Every employee at I.B.C. is dedicated to the success of our members’ business.  Our 500+ years of experience, coupled with over 6,000 members and their experiences make the I.B.C. family a rich resource for solving problems whether it be at a store, in a market, or in our industry!  I.B.C. and its members have led the way in building a full-service cooperative; one that offers more than a rebate program.  We pride ourselves on communication, initiative and providing members with necessary industry services like our FREE back-office system, free delivery services, printing, food service solutions, powerful decision-making tools, category management insights, new product platforms, point of sale, merchandizing materials and of course, I.B.C. is a leading provider of retail rebates in the industry.
