Stereotypes of businesses and career paths are unfortunately too common in our society and can hinder creativity and leadership in the workplace. Fortunately, there are individuals in the city of Arlington who have broken these molds and forged paths for greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This professional development session will feature leaders in the City of Arlington who will provide personal testament to how each person can contribute to a more diverse and inclusive business environment.
