The Black Business Alliance (BBA) and the Latino Business Alliance (LBA) are excited to give back this holiday season to those in need with a Coat Drive for the Arlington Life Shelter.

Leading up to the event, we will be collecting new or gently used coats of all sizes for adults and kids (larger sizes are in high demand, particularly 2X and 3X). The drop-off box will be at the Chamber until December 16th.

Our service project on Wednesday, Dec 10th will be to sort and distribute coats within the community!

Volunteers arrive at 12:00, and we’ll have everyone help us set up the coats in the cafeteria.  Then we’ll allow clients to “shop” for coats from 12:30 – 2pm.  After everyone is done shopping, we’ll gather the coats and take whatever is left to Mission Arlington.
