DESCRIPTION: Where Service Meets Magic: Creating Your Own “Happiest” Customer Experience explores the principles behind world-class service and experience design through practical, real-world examples and proven leadership strategies. This interactive training introduces ten straightforward service principles that organizations can apply to create memorable customer interactions, strengthen service culture, and turn everyday moments into lasting impressions. Participants will learn how to anticipate customer needs, recover effectively from service challenges, and design experiences that build loyalty and long-term success.

This course is inspired by widely recognized service excellence practices and focuses on actionable tools that can be applied in any industry.

SPEAKER BIO: Jessica Gauthier is the Director of Communications & Public Relations at ARBOR REALTORS®, where she leads strategic communications and marketing initiatives serving REALTORS® across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She brings extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and crisis communications, holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and is an experienced educator who has taught children and adults in South Korea, Germany, and the United States. She is an expert in interpersonal and cross-cultural communication and enjoys sharing her expertise to help others feel more confident and comfortable with their communication skills.
