DESCRIPTION: Toxic workplace behavior is a growing problem with a devastating cost to business leaders in terms of productivity, retention, and reputation. Left unchecked, teams sink to the lowest level the leader will tolerate and businesses eventually fail. So, why do leaders allow it and what can we do to address toxic behavior? In this session, leaders learn the relationship between performance and trust, how to identify and address toxic behaviors, and what best practices they can use to establish psychological safety – a key component to building a high-performance team and a successful business. 

SPEAKER BIO: Tony Brock, an executive leadership coach, serves as the Executive Director, National Medal of Honor Griffin Institute. Previously, he served as an intelligence officer in support Special Operations Forces, to include the U.S. Navy SEALs.
