Join the Greater Arlington Chamber Women’s Alliance for the 9th Annual Inspired Women Luncheon brings together more than 650 Women business leaders for a fun-filled day, kicking off with a professional development session on “Engaging Conflict on Purpose” from The Tappe Group, then our silent auction benefiting the Women’s Alliance Scholarship Fund and ending with our Luncheon where we recognize our 2019 Hero Award recipient, Rising Star Award recipient and scholarship recipients.

The Women’s Alliance of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, through our focus on empowering and uniting women through business and community endeavors, will grant Eight scholarships:
Two (2) Graduate students attending the University of Texas at Arlington. Recipients must be a female graduate student and have been awarded a bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in 12 or more credit hours at UTA.
Six (6) scholarships will be awarded from the Arlington Chamber Foundation, Three (3) $3,000 scholarships to the University of Texas at Arlington and Three (3) $1,000 scholarships to Tarrant County College – Southeast Campus.
Recipients must be a female undergraduate student currently enrolled in 12 or more credit hours at UTA or TCC-SE in pursuit of a course of study in any discipline. Students must have successfully completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at one of these colleges.
The Hero and Rising Star Awards acknowledge outstanding women of all ages who approach community and business needs with strong leadership, collaboration and intentionality to effect change and influence their surroundings. The Hero and Rising Star Awards recognize women who have demonstrated the commitment to make a lasting difference within our community. Independently, the Rising Star Award recognizes women who are paving the way toward making significant community impact. While the Hero Award honors women who have created a legacy through tenured, consistent contribution.
