The Arlington ISD is committed to having 100% of its students graduate exceptionally prepared for college, career and citizenship. With the opening of the Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center (CTC), AISD offers students valuable experience in their chosen industry before they even graduate.
AISD is doing its part to create a skilled future workforce and foster entrepreneurship. The Chamber and the community believe in the mission of the AISD and the futures’ of its students.
The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Pettinger Foundation provide scholarships to support AISD students.
Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Scholarship – The Chamber is offering a total of $17,500 in scholarships to graduating seniors of the Arlington Independent School District.
Seven $2,500 Scholarships are being awarded to one graduating senior from each of the six traditional high schools and the Arlington Collegiate High School at TCC-Southeast during the 2019 – 2020 school year to attend the university or college of their choice. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2020.
Innovation Scholarship Program Sponsored by the Pettinger Foundation – The Pettinger Foundation is offering a total of $10,000 in STEM Scholarships to Arlington ISD graduating seniors.
Two $5,000 Scholarships are being awarded to graduating seniors of the Arlington Independent School District during the 2019 – 2020 school year to attend the University of Texas at Arlington. The deadline to apply is deadline is February 28, 2020
