The Chamber Ambassadors attended an amazing Ribbon Cutting with West Main Arts Festival!
From noon-7 p.m. on Sept. 14, the 8th Annual, West Main Arts Festival will create a 4 block street scene featuring featuring thousands of visitors with 70 art/vendor booths, 15 food trucks, 35 local bands, street performers, kid’s art creation station & The Arlington Public Library will provide and interactive kids area in the Gene Allen Pocket Park.
This 4 block stretch of West Main and the Cultural District includes the Dance Theater Arlington, Arlington Public Library, Catalyst Creative and F6 Gallery. ALL WILL BE OPEN FOR THE FESTIVAL.
Local music fans will be in heaven. The #WMAF2024 features 3 stages and 25 local bands along with buskers playing along West Main. Bring your lawn chairs to relax and listen to the music. This is a family friendly even and pets are welcome!
This festival was created 9 years ago by Arlington residents to support artists and musicians in the Arlington area. We need the support of our community now more than ever to rebuild our creative space in Arlington.
