The Chamber Ambassadors attended an amazing Ribbon Cutting with Beverly Sisk Real Estate!

Beverly Sisk Real Estate LLC, in collaboration with H.E.E.L.E.N, offers a distinctive approach to serving the residential real estate sector in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Business proprietors Beverly Sisk and Felicia Rouse are cousins who have built their lives on family values and traditions. Their great-grandmother, the late Louise Latum Bell, is the foundation and inspiration which led them into real estate and the desire to build impactful legacies.
Louise was born and raised during the 1920’s in the southern part of the United States. Despite what was deemed as insurmountable life challenges, Mrs. Bell emerged as a visionary. She acquired property from a slave owner, which led her to purchasing and selling property to friends and family and was the sole midwife in the community of Washington Park (located in Moore Haven, Florida). Her legacy endured through her descendants. In 2005, Beverly followed her passion for real estate. She is a disabled Army veteran who devoted more than 20 years to her military career. She continues to serve as a Civil Servant for the Federal government.
By nature, Beverly is a nurturer, drawing strength from her faith and always welcoming new acquaintances. Her desire to help others is rooted in her experiences in the military and as a public servant. Felicia has dedicated more than 25 years to the field of education. She founded a faith-based non-profit organization called H.E.E.L.E.N, which stands for Healing, Evolving, Experiencing Love, Excluding No-one. Felicia perceives H.E.E.L.E.N as a movement aimed at sharing and connecting with individuals who aspire to unlock their potential and discover their purpose.
Together, Beverly and Felicia will assist families in building generational wealth by facilitating home purchases, while also offering supportive resources and emotional coaching during the homebuying journey.
