With 1,000+ attendees, the inaugural Arlington Small Business Resource Expo presented by Frost Bank showcased the momentum of small business growth in The American Dream City. From business development to marketing, financing, building maintenance and more, the Greater-Arlington-Chamber-hosted Expo connected eager entrepreneurs and business leaders with 90+ vendors and four unique zones all within the behemoth entertainment venue, Texas Live!.
An event of this scale required ample support from the community and local businesses. Presenting sponsor Frost Bank hosted three Small Talks focused on small business financial success. The Resource Zone presented by the City of Arlington connected attendees with local, county and state resources for business development including multiple City departments, UTA, SCORE, SBDC, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and so many more. The Capital Zone presented by Wells Fargo provided direct access to financial experts from different lending institutions across the region. The Chamber hosted the Strategy Zone where local business coaches and consultants graciously met one-on-one with attendees in complimentary 30-minute power sessions.
All the day’s vendors were Greater Arlington Chamber members, highlighting their commitment to fostering economic prosperity. Meet the full list of vendors in the Event & Vendor Guide HERE, and connect with all of our Chamber members in the Chamber’s online directory HERE.
In addition to all the business development synergy, the Rest and Recharge Zone presented by Spark Arlington and One Rangers Way provided a place to kick up your feet while experiencing a replica One Rangers Way luxury apartment. An assortment of prizes were raffled by the Chamber to both attendees and vendors.
At the Greater Arlington Chamber, we are devoted to providing small businesses with the resources they need to succeed because they are the backbone of our community. Along with our Expo, the Chamber provides two complimentary professional development opportunities a month: Business Resource Sessions, the first Wednesday of the month from 3-4 p.m., and Coaching Hour, the fourth Wednesday of the month from 3-4 p.m. We’re also home to Small Business Scott, your friendly business development A.I. chatbot. His brain is curated by the Chamber staff with trusted resources within a closed environment. This ensures the information you provide Scott remains your intellectual property.
