The Turbo Tenant Report exists to “empower seasoned and novice investors to make wise purchasing decisions.” It includes relevant data to potential investors such as employment growth, average rent, the average number of leads and days on the market.
Turbo Tenant bases its ranking upon median sales prices, proprietary data and various studies on the best places to buy an investment property. While the top ranking is exciting news for the city, the opportunities available in Arlington’s rental market have been recognized by many.
In 2018, Arlington was highlighted by Forbes for being one of the best cities for rental property owners in the state of Texas. With a population growth of 18% over eight years and demand from local university students, there is a strong market for rental investments.
