The second annual Arlington Small Business Resource Expo, presented by Frost Bank, brought 1,000+ attendees to Texas Live! looking to grow or start a business. From business development to marketing, financing, building maintenance and more, the Greater-Arlington-Chamber-hosted Expo connected entrepreneurs and business leaders with 100+ resource exhibitors and local Arlington businesses.
Presenting sponsor Frost Bank hosted threeSmall Talks focused on small business financial success and provided a complimentary headshot booth.
This year’s Expo brought a new addition: speaker sessions. Held across three different stages, the Business Resource Stage sponsored by Arlington Economic Development Corporation, the Business Services Stage and the Professional Development Stage, these quick and informative sessions featured a new speaker every twenty minutes. Attendees heard from business resource leaders, industry experts and professional development coaches, gaining actionable and practical tools to help them grow their business.
Spread throughout Texas Live!, exhibitors included FIFA, City of Arlington departments, UTA, SBDC, Arlington EDC, SCORE, the Governor’s Office and so much more. The Keep It Local Zone highlighted local small businesses that make Arlington unique, connecting attendees with their new favorite shop, restaurant or experience.
All the exhibitors were Greater Arlington Chamber Members, highlighting their commitment to fostering economic and community prosperity. Connect with all of our Chamber Members in the online directory HERE.
The Greater Arlington Chamber is devoted to providing small businesses with the resources they need to succeed. Along with the annual Expo, the Chamber provides two complimentary professional development opportunities a month: Business Resource Sessions, the first Wednesday of the month from 3-4 p.m., and Coaching Hour, the fourth Wednesday of the month from 3-4 p.m.
The Chamber is also home to Small Business Scott, your friendly business development A.I. chatbot. His brain is curated by the Chamber staff with trusted resources within a closed environment. This ensures the information you provide Scott remains your intellectual property. Learn more and chat with Scott HERE.
